Space:
There is just something special about mountain lakes that melts the stress away. Lake Nottely is a pristine TVA lake offering boating/fishing and beautiful views of the North GA Mountains. The owners put a lot of thought and care in remodeling this lovely cottage for others to enjoy!

Upon entering the home, you will absorb the amazing lakefront and mountain views. The space is bright and open featuring a nice size living area, dining table for 8 and fully appointed kitchen.

The main level has a split bedroom style with one to the right and left. The bedroom to the right is a king master suite and the one to the left is a queen master suite.

There is a full size screen porch off the living room and separate open deck area with gas grill to soak in the beautiful scenery, sounds and smells of mountain living.

The downstairs level includes a large living area, foosball table, card table and 65” large screen TV for movie night! It has a king bedroom, twin bunk bed room, full size bathroom, extra refrigerator and full size washer/dryer.

A full length patio is outside the lower level and leads directly into the large flat yard where endless adventures await. The firepit is to the right side of the backyard and close to the lake.

Your private boat dock is equipped with everything you need to dock your boat.

This is a dog friendly property.  Limit is TWO under 50lbs. each.

Cancellation Policy:

• To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in

• If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund for all nights minus any service processing fees.

• If guests cancel after that, you’ll not receive any refund

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry.

A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.

The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owner's closet and shed.

The home is easily accessible via paved roads, can be reached via GPS, does not require four wheel drive and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

The property is central to Blairsville, Blue Ridge and Murphy, NC. providing excellent access to all three unique towns featuring many restaurants, hiking trails, wineries/breweries, casino, lakes, fishing, white water rafting and other great outdoor activities.

Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply with private property signs.

Pets:
All pets must be kept on a leash when outside.  Poop bags and dog bowls are provided for your furry family members.

Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Tuesday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time: Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes dock, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guests.
